Building a TruXcursion is no small feat — we’re talking complex supply chains and precision craftsmanship. That means all quoted timelines for production, shipping, and delivery are estimates only. They’re non-binding and may shift as needed by Barometer Xploration Tech. We do our best to keep things on track, but we’re not responsible for costs you may incur due to schedule changes (think: travel expenses, financing fees, or anything tied to your vehicle purchase).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Barometer Xploration Tech coordinates shipping in the way we believe offers the best overall value — factoring in cost, timing, weather, and the equipment available at pickup and drop-off locations. Once your unit is shipped, we’ll email you confirmation and tracking details so you can follow its journey.

RETURNS
All TruXcursions are built to order, so returns aren’t accepted once your unit has shipped. If your unit arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we’ll work with you to repair, exchange, or replace it. Our customer service and engineering teams will help determine the best solution.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Want to cancel? Contact our customer service team by phone during business hours or by email anytime. An order is not officially canceled until we send you a written confirmation.

BILLING, REFUNDS, AND CREDITS
